Clarisse has been active in the financial services industry since 2013 and has worked in investment advisory, financial advisory, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions. She is currently a Director and an Investment Advisor at KBA Investments Ltd. (Malta).
Prior to joining KB Associates, Clarisse was an Investment Associate and Investment Advisory Board member of a regulated investment advisory firm in Malta. Prior to that, Clarisse worked in the Deal Advisory Department of KPMG Philippines as a financial advisor.
Clarisse holds a Diploma in Investment Advice (Securities and Derivatives) awarded by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. She also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Financial Management and Business Organization awarded by the Universidad Catolica San Antonio de Murcia, Spain, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific in the Philippines. Clarisse also holds a Certificate in Maltese Financial Regulation.
