Jason is responsible for due dilligence and managing operational risk exposures within KB Associates’ UCITS and AIFMD authorised management company. Jason has been active in the financial services industry since 2001, and in the investment funds industry since 2006. During this time, he has accumulated particular expertise in fund administration, operations, governance and operational risk management.
Prior to joining KB Associates, Jason was a regulator at the Central Bank of Ireland in the Funds Supervision Division. The majority of his time in the Central Bank was spent supervising Administrators, Depositaries and Management Companies. More recently Jason worked in the thematic team on ESMA Common Supervisory action.
Jason holds an MSc (Hons) in Financial Services and a Professional Diploma in Advanced Operational Risk Management from the Institute of Bankers/University College Dublin. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management and Information Systems from Liverpool John Moores University.
